DFG Management Company was founded by Damion A. Harper, a leader with over 25 years of military and operational experience. Throughout his career, he has led teams in high-pressure environments, managed complex operations, and executed missions requiring precision, accountability, and results.

During multiple deployments, he planned and executed logistics operations alongside multinational forces. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he served as a First Sergeant, leading units that supported critical healthcare shortages and assisted vulnerable populations, including veterans.

In addition to his military background, Damion has real-world business and project experience. He co-founded a real estate investment company and successfully managed the renovation of multiple residential properties and a commercial mixed-use asset. His experience includes sourcing deals, coordinating vendors, managing budgets, and executing projects from start to finish.
